Yes, and enforce the immigration laws as intended, allow for better entry/exit visa tracking, and help honest immigrants obtain work visas based on a merit system that can be used to help them obtain citizenship if they desired. Also, we should allow states to manage their borders to ensure security.
However we should improve the process for legal immigration to make it easier for them to come here legally, this way they don't feel the need to come illegally.
