Yes, but they have to pay some taxes because they will get higher considering the goverment will pay a lot of money for the education.

No they should not be free but they should be free since like the name says everything it is ublic not private it supposed to be either free or cheap

i dont think it should be completely free, although i do agree with lowering the prices because most of the people studying at public universities dont have much money.
