Lower and flatten rates of existing taxes (except for excise taxes), decrease deductions and introduce a land value tax

I think Mexico should make sure that the poor don’t need to pay too much tax that it drastically affects their economic state more than its already affected, the poor should be helped and the rich should contribute more.
